**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsible for accounting and tax activities at one of the factories of company**
- Ensure all finance and accounting, tax work of the factory being managed properly in compliance with IFRS, VAS and Vietnamese laws and regulation;
- Training and motivating staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks;
- Evaluating, developing, and improving internal controls, systems, and procedures that increase the accuracy and efficiency;
- Manage the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring timely & accurate accounting reports for monthly, quarterly, yearly closing, and/or any other ad-hoc reports required by Head Office, BODs, and authorities;
- Supervises the overall finance and accounting team and manages the team’s activities to ensure the finance and accounting works are properly allocated, controlled and recorded, in a timely and accurate manner;
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for Chief Accountant;
- Assisting, guiding as well as cooperating with other departments about related issues;
**Other general management duties**:

- Build up the work force toward the group and company development.
- Build up the target and direction for Accounting section
- Support Director to develop the department, division as well as company.

**Other related duties and tasks as requested.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Female/Male from 32 years old;
- University graduate or above with major in: Accounting, Audit, Finance... or related majors;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in position of Accounting/ Finance/ Tax Manager (with size of minimum 5 staffs) for an FDI/EPE manufacturing company.
- Good understanding and knowledge about VAS and Tax law;
- Having experience in a Japanese company or big sized company/group (from 1000 employees or more) is preferable;
- Having experience about SAP system is an advantage;
- Languages: Fluent in English or Japanese;
- Ability to work under pressure to match tight deadlines;
- Strong management and leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, cooperation, and people management skills;
- Logical thinking skills, strategic thinking, problem solving skill;
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Training, orientation, motivational skills, personnel & team development;
- Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive, open-minded and initiative action.
