**Main Responsibilities**:
Contact the landlords to ensure the available space database is up to date
Site inspection, photo taking and prepare the report as required
Track the future supply and upcoming buildings
Key in all data to JLL’s system
Update listing properties on JLL’s property website
General support in the whole process of the office leasing transactions

Skills & Qualifications
Last year’s student or fresh graduate student
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multitasks
Eager to learn and develop a career in the real estate industry
