COMMON AREA AND SCREEN LEASING SENIOR STAFF
- Find new client for advertising and common leasing, develop tenant database.
- Negotiate with tenants on leasing terms and contracts.
- Manage advertising and common leasing contracts.
- Market analyses include identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors’ share, and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Propose leasing strategy, and action plan to achieve sales target.
- Monitor, review and report on all advertising and common leasing activities and results.
- Make plan and event organization.

Other duties:

- Support other department activities as required.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Sale Team Leader and General Director.
- Support for office leasing department

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 3 to 5 years working experiences in Leasing marketing.
- Working experience in the international environment is required.
- Bachelor of Marketing or related fields or equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English, Korean is an advantage.
- Good health, can work under high pressure and motivate him/herself.
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote teamwork.
- Service orientation: Customer service minded.
- Leadership: Acting leadership by example.
- Methodical, accurate, and neat; Energetic, positive attitude.
- Exceptional time management skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
- Solid in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
