**Job description**:

- To manage the quality of buildings and facilities as QA senior staff.
- Specifically, reviewing building plans and designs, supervising construction sites, conducting quality inspections,

proposing improvements, and operating quality management systems.
- Develop necessary quality procedure in accordance with the Company’s policy.
- Examining, evaluating, and maintaining the ISO quality management system.
- Other tasks as requested by QA manager/Director.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Quality Management/ Construction/ Foreign language or other related fields;
- Engineer of Civil or Mechanic, Electric or relevant or LEED,etc.
- 3~5 year working experience in any fields related to QA/QC Construction (establish/maintain QMS, EMS)
- Should be the person who worked for QA Dept, ISO or Construction Management Consultant, LEED, or similar and he should be familiar with Bid document, Site Inspection documents...ect.
- Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001; Risk Assessment.
- Standard Procedures (All procedures, policies, regulations, working instructions, forms, and records of the Integrated Management System IMS).
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Good Presentation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
- Methods to establish, apply, maintain, and improve ISO/ Regulation documents and other related activities.
- Having knowledge of controlling legal documents is preferred.
- Knowing Japanese is an advantage.
