- Check and control the quality of raw materials.
- Handling when having issues of raw materials (detecting IQC, leaks during the process, etc.): Requesting, checking reports, checking suppliers, etc.
- Evaluate the supplier's quality system: processes, documents.
- Control the quality of recycled materials (cartons, pallets,...)
- Control of suppliers' employees at EST (training, supervision)
- Control data IQC (check results, NCR, sort data,...)
- Improve quality at suppliers to reduce the NG ratio of raw materials.
