- Make plan, policies to ensure quality, and propose policies
- Accomplish the quality KPIs, ensuring both the operation and function of the whole QA department.
- Answer questions, support and advise customers, investors as well as business partners.
- Inspect, evaluate and record quality problems from products, thereby providing solutions to fix or eliminate errors.
- Conduct research and improve quality if defects are found
- Performing management role for the QA department, providing specific work instructions for the department's staff to help them perform their functions well.
- Make a plan to evaluate the quality periodically, which can be weekly or monthly.
- Monitor and ensure that the production process meet the company's quality requirements.
- Ensuring the quality of production facilities, imported raw materials and product manufacturing process
- Regularly monitor performance through making statistical reports by collecting relevant data.
- Approve documents related to quality management.
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a position related to Quality Management, and at the same time must be knowledgeable about relevant regulations and policies on quality, especially QA standards.
- Good communication skills, fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, basic English communication
- Skilled in analyzing data and preparing statistical reports
- Love the job, can withstand high work pressure
- Honest, creative, able to solve problems especially able to work independently
