Job Purpose
This coordinator reports directly to CHRO & COO and serves as point of contact for across PVA's business functions for all matters pertaining to HR Division & Operations Division. The jobholder is required to uphold a high level of confidentiality, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship with internal and external business partners, and ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CHRO & COO schedule including setting meeting, teleconferences, appointments
- Manage all logistic for CHRO & COO, including but not limited to arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; following up important events/conventions in company (with high quality and professional); preparing the most updated passport, visa, lease contract, documents and relevant expense claims
- Perform strategic projects as a key facilitator to manage all stakeholders and deliver the project goals; Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures, and executive directions.
- Assists CHRO & COO in coordinating department daily activities to ensure commitments and deadlines are met. action plan after meetings, monitor and up on documents, deadlines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and manage communication and admin function for CHRO & COO and with other departments as necessary.
- Ensure that CHRO & COO is informed of priorities, deadline and challenges; Assist CHRO & COO in tracking key operational metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval.
- Other tasks to support CHRO & COO as they arise

- At least with Diploma degree with experience in administration is a plus
