As an Executive, Product Design, his/her responsibilities:

- Designing app interaction and interface for a loyalty platform that helps the merchants to:

- Keep their customers coming back
- Engage with their loyal customers further
- Indulge their loyal customers with special treats
- Capturing the design problem space and opportunities through business brief, data analytics, and user research
- Designing and prototyping solutions (with various degrees of fidelity: user flows, wireframes, final UIs, and interactive prototypes) for mobile development, sales demo, and usability testing.
- Improving, gathering, and consolidating our existing UI design system to ensure its accuracy and consistency throughout every UI feature - you’ll be key in this
- Preserving TAPTAP’s brand guideline to deliver functional and appealing UI design solutions
- Constantly performing design critique with team members to ensure a consistent design language across TAPTAP’s mobile app
- Reviewing the output of mobile developers to ensure that the go-live app perfectly matches the design
- Supporting to facilitate customer journey workshop to collect the organization’s understanding of the users’ needs and pain points.
- Supporting to generate product/design ideas to improve the users’ journey
- Supporting to evaluate design solutions through data analytics, usability testing, user interview, and user observation

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
You will have the following skills and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- You have strong UI design skills. You are comfortable with the visual aspects of design (color, typography, layout). A graphic design background is highly valuable.
- You are proficient with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Whimsical, and Adobe Illustrator.
- You have a good understanding of mobile platform conventions, such as iOS and Android.
- You are keen on understanding the users’ needs, pain points and the context in which they are using our products.
- You base your design decision on common design patterns, guidelines, and user research and can explain your design rationale clearly.
- You pay close attention to usability, accessibility, and detail.
- You are comfortable iterating based on feedback and collaboration with stakeholders, such as product managers, and developers.
- Experience in developing and maintaining a design system
