Your Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the full design process — from ideation to final delivery — ensuring every product experience is functional, user-friendly, and visually polished. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to transform complex problems into elegant design solutions.

Your role requires a balance between creative vision, technical understanding, and strategic product thinking to help shape the next generation of our AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design

  • Lead the design of new features and enhance existing workflows across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and iteration to ensure design decisions are data-informed and user-driven.
  • Create and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent interaction patterns.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance creativity and design efficiency.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development cycle.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to align design deliverables with product goals and technical feasibility.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Design Evolution & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX, accessibility, and product design tools.
  • Introduce fresh ideas and innovative design approaches to elevate user experience.
  • Contribute to improving internal design processes and evolving the design system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and polished visual execution.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Experience working with data-heavy or AI/ML-powered products.
  • Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles and design feasibility.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion design or advanced prototyping (e.g., Framer, Principle).
  • Background or strong interest in industrial, safety, or B2B-focused digital products.
