About the Role
The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for company web platforms. This role involves defining information architecture, designing user flows, and building design systems that balance user needs with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, the Product Designer ensures that every product aligns with brand standards and delivers a seamless, responsive experience. Experience in e-commerce, strong design tool proficiency (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and solid communication skills are key to success in this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Define information architecture (IA), wireframes, and user flows for web applications.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences that meet both user and business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Build and maintain the design system, ensuring adherence to established design guidelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify trends and opportunities (nice to have).
- Ensure design solutions follow responsive and adaptive design principles across devices.
- Deliver clear documentation and handoff assets to development teams.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Methodology: Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments.
- Communication: Good communication skills in English or Vietnamese.
- Domain knowledge: Experience in e-commerce or related fields (nice to have).
- Strong understanding of responsive/adaptive design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
- A portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and impactful results.
