SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Drive business and product understanding:
    Actively partner with various stakeholders to uncover deep business challenges and user opportunities. Translate them into design approaches that aligned with product goal.
  • Gather actionable insights:
    Gathering and synthesizing insights from users, stakeholders, data, analyze them, and extract actionable insights for product development.
  • Craft impactful design solutions:
    Design complex, multi-touchpoint user journeys OR robust interface systems
    (depending on your expertise area)
    that elevate usability, product performance, and business value. Hand over your masterpiece to the development team, ensuring a smooth transition to product realization.
  • Communicate with influence:
    Confidently present your design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, aligning your solutions with business strategy and user goals. Adapt your communication for technical, product, and executive audiences.
  • Own and elevate the craft:
    Take ownership of your defined design scope within the project, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

Overall:

  • 5+ years of hands-on design experience
    , with proven success in digital product development. This could include experience in marketing, product ownership or product management for individuals looking to transition into design.
  • Deep expertise in UX
    , with UI skills at a reliable level. You know how to own your strength while collaborating cross-skill.
  • Any management/leadership experience is highly preferred.
