Job Overview:

We're looking for a skilled
Product Designer

to join our team. This role is a crucial part of our product creation process, bridging the gap between user needs and innovative design. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are not only functional and user-friendly but also aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement a cohesive visual strategy across all digital touchpoints.
  • Design and produce compelling visual elements for web properties and other digital platforms.
  • Skillfully combine color, shape, and typography to create engaging user interfaces.
  • Generate innovative ideas, layouts, and graphics to enhance user experiences.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to other design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7+ YOE in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in web and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of the design thinking process and its importance in product development.
  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and design consistency.
  • Comfortable working closely with developers and other UI/UX team members.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
