Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Product Concept Development

  • Study user behavior, design trends, and the travel habits of Vietnamese customers.

2. Product Design & Development

  • Design travel products (luggage, backpacks, handbags, accessories) balancing

    to ensure product accuracy and production feasibility.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Contribute creative input for product photoshoots, key visuals, and collection launches.

4. Product Improvement & Optimization

  • Gather feedback from users and retail teams to refine existing products.
  • Propose improvements in materials, ergonomics, and design usability.
  • Design supporting assets such as packaging, hang tags, and brand accessories.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or Applied Arts
    .
  • At least
    2 years of hands-on experience
    in product design, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Solid knowledge of materials: fabric, metal, PU, EVA, ABS/PC plastic, and hardware.
  • Experience in prototype development or working with manufacturing partners is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in
    Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, AutoCAD
    .
  • Knowledge of 3D software such as
    SketchUp, Rhino, or Clo3D
    is advantageous.
