About the Role

One Mount
is looking for a Senior Product Design Manager / Product Design Manager to lead the end-to-end product design strategy and execution for one or more new product ventures ranging from healthcare platforms, blockchain-based services or other emerging technologies.

This is a hi-impact, strategic role for a builder who thrives in 0 → 1 environments, combining strong user empathy, design leadership, and a sharp eye for business and product alignment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the product design vision and roadmap from concept to launch, ensuring high quality user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and meaningful.
  • Build and grow a high-performing product design team, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders to align on goals, shape product direction, and deliver impact.
  • Translate user insights, research, and market trends into design strategies and UX frameworks that solve real problems.
  • Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX guidelines to drive efficiency and coherence across the product lifecycle.
  • Set up and track UX success metrics, conduct reviews and experiments, and continuously optimize based on user feedback and product performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in product design (UX/UI), with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your impact across early-stage and scaled products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Deep understanding of design thinking, HCI, user psychology, interaction design, and system thinking.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a willingness to get hands-on when needed.
  • Experience in domains like HealthTech, FinTech, Blockchain, or Platform Design is a plus.
