**Job Summary**:
**General Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the personal care and home care markets.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
**New Customer Development**:
- Research and target potential new customers.
- Approach and qualify leads to convert them into viable accounts.
**Sales Support**:
- Support Business Line Manager in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for customers/clients.
**Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the fragrance industry.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to recommend product improvements and new offerings.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customer, client and operation team to manage inventory levels and product availability.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all activities align with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in chemical distribution.
**Others assigned by line manager.**
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:
- Proven experience in business development and new customer acquisition is a must.
- Strong knowledge of personal care and home care markets is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the chemical distribution
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field
