The Opportunity._**
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to be the key person responsible for all of our products being built and delivered in accordance to clients' needs. You will work closely with the sales team to uncover the clients pain points in and around the supply chain whilst also building an overall baseline on the clients current view/setup. You are someone who is technical, tactical, customer motivated and highly organized ensuring that all client requirements are properly collected and built. Confidence to lead the project group through each stage of the discovery and scoping phases are required by the successful applicant

Your day to day._**
1. Responsible for evangelizing Quincus products and solutions, leading product and technical discussions during the early stages of the sales cycle.
2. Deliver confident discovery sessions and document the as-is flow(s) before formulating into a deliverable and returning to outline the Quincus to-be process flow(s). Fluidity and confidence are a must owing to the pre-sales placement of these activities.
3. Subject Matter Expert for Quincus products and related processes from a functional point of view
4. Provide system demonstrations as needed to clients and internal teams
5. Lead process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business process leveraging industry best practices
6. Utilize a wide range of skills to influence and drive requirements gathering sessions, being objective when needed.
7. Able to guide customers towards the solution that best fits their needs and aligns with the Quincus product roadmap
8. Engage with key stakeholders, define, and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance
9. Working within the Product team structure to support Engineering and Delivery teams to align on product vision and customer requirements
**_ Who you are._**
1. Existing experience within technology logistics with a supporting background connecting into SaaS and cloud computing
2. At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain functions, preferably a balanced mix of consulting and industry experience
3. Proven track record of designing and delivering supply chain solutions and transformation
4. Strong commercial mindset - customer focus and excellent presentation skills with a proven track in consultative selling
5. A strong sense of business acumen and the ability to write a business case
6. Ability to quickly identify business challenges and to focus on delivering results and generating business value across different Supply Chain functions
7. Innovation driven with the ability to connect into the given situation and reflect before proposing better ways to approach the customer pain points
8. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
9. An exceptional communicator with the ability to quickly gain credibility of the team, external stakeholders and management
10. Experience with projects that involve API Gateway and API integration
11. Knowledge working with JIRA, confluence and other scrum project management tools
12. Knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc
13. Positive & professional attitude in stressful environments
14. Willingness to travel (when its safe, possible and necessary)
15. Team player with a sense of humor is a must
