**Job Summary**
- Managing and Driving profitable growth in Specialty Chemicals (Coatings/Paintings)
**General Responsibilities**
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage business
- Manage extensive and complex market research and analysis projects
- Develop Sales and implement business plans, marketing strategies.
- Maintain growth opportunity pipelines, customers/ suppliers visits.
- Work with potential customers to understand their strategic initiatives and needs, effectively communicate to the internal management team, and assist in formulating solutions utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with sales team and relevant departments effectively
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- B2B selling skills with a technical/solution approach
- Understanding customer’s/clients’ value propositions
- Knowledge of raw ingredients in coatings/paintings/industrial adhesive
- 2-3 years of selling experience in the industrial raw materials.
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Can use English in both verbal and written
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Enginerring or relevant major.
