**Job Description**:
**Your Mission**

As a **Senior Marketing Specialist**in our Game Team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to elevate our brand presence in the gaming community.

**Your Quest**
- **IMC Planning**:Propose targets, develop and implement IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) plans and campaigns, including the IMC component of product launching in alignment with key business priorities, brand & customer needs, and work with the Product team, KOLs, and Community team to deliver the results.
- **IMC Execution**:Execute or manage the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including content marketing (Generate ideas, do execution, optimize & report on: website, copywriting, art direction, video production (3D, MV, short film, iTVC, influencers activities. Leveraging content in different ways on various social media channels.
- **Campaign Management**:Responsible for product and campaign awareness, user reach & engagement metrics on social media platforms (such as viewership,and engagement), managing all brand’s media channels. Make sure the campaign is on time and within budget.
- **Manage and cultivate a relationship with a third-party**organization that is relevant for Garena's marketing and publishing effort.

Job Requirements

**Your Stats**
- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years in **end-to-end Marketing project management**with extensive experience in digital campaign marketing
- **Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a portfolio showcasing your past projects. Previous **working experience in Gaming & Tech industry is a plus**.
- Adept in formulating ideas and plans into meticulous, structured documents for proposals, reporting, and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Proven content production experience in **Gaming content or Communication content**(key content such as commercial video, website/ microsite, CGI video, iTVC, MV...)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.Fluent in Vietnamese and English
