**JOB SUMMARY**-
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**
- Data analytics driven decision management to drive business opportunities, data monetization, process improvements, performance management across WRB segment.
- Strategic project management & implementation across WRB stream.

**Business**
- Partner with business to drive Customer, Product & Portfolio Analytics support for the business opportunities across life cycle.
- Create and deliver the business decision supportive MIS reports, performance management at regular frequencies across Retail functions.
- Managing X-sell & up-sell programs, customer leads management process for sales.
- Campaign management process for all the business activities from lead generation process to post implementation review.
- Data centralization, governance & integrity process control management.

**Processes**
- Collect, analyse, and interpret business data from various sources.
- Ensure the data base management process for all MI & Analytics generation. Building data marts at product and customer level. Consolidating the databases across systems and reconciliations.
- Leads/Campaign management process. Pre-approve X-sell, up-sell programs.
- Project managements and strategic projects execution.
- Be compliant with data security and customer information management standards as well as group policies.

- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from team and work in collaboration with stakeholders and control partners.

**Risk Management**
- Understand, process, and comply to the Group and Country Controls that are relevant to the role.

- At least 5 years of experience in data and business analytics expertise positions.
- Working experience in Retail banking products.
- Hands-on expertise in advanced analytical solution development using SAS, Python, knowledge BI tools like Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with good understanding of relational databases.
- Working knowledge of Hive for big data querying and management.
- Practical experience using Dremio as a query engine.
- Knowledge of ODBC/JDBC for connecting data source to connect to Data Lake sources.
- Project & stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and business acumen.
- Education: Bachelor
- Languages :English
