**JOB OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Requirements & Analysis - Gather, prioritize, and document business needs; map and optimize retail processes (WMS, supply chain, POS, OMS, merchandising, e-commerce).
- Retail Expertise - Act as SME, advising on operations, trends, and best practices; monitor global market shifts.
- Solution Design & Validation - Collaborate with technical teams to create feasible solutions and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Testing, Change & Training - Lead UAT, manage defects, drive change initiatives, and deliver user training.
- Collaboration & Leadership - Build stakeholder partnerships, mentor junior analysts, and foster alignment across teams

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must have**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- **5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years as a retail SME.**:

- Proven track record in delivering large-scale retail projects (WMS, POS, OMS, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of retail industry operations, systems, and current market trends.
- **Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English.**:

- Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence, BPMN).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with international retail brands or multi-country operations.
