**JOB OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Solution Architecture - Lead end-to-end retail solution design (WMS, POS, OMS, e-commerce, supply chain, CRM, merchandising) and integrations.
- Stakeholder & Delivery - Collaborate with business, tech teams, and vendors; guide development to ensure alignment.
- Technical Oversight - Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Documentation & Quality - Produce clear blueprints/specs and enforce best practices.
- Innovation & Risk - Monitor retail tech trends, recommend improvements, and manage technical risks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must have**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with significant exposure to the retail domain.**:

- Proven experience in designing and delivering E2E solutions in complex retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes and systems (ERP, POS, e-commerce, CRM, supply chain, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Nice to have**
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with microservices, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
- Retail industry certifications or relevant technical certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
