**Key responsabilities**:
**Service Delivery**:

- Collect customer requirements, business workflows/processes, and business logic by organizing workshops and deep-dive sessions specific to retail operations.
- Analyze requirements and produce documentation (requirement documents, specifications, etc.) using pre-defined templates, ensuring alignment with retail industry standards.
- Document and maintain required materials to ensure that the development team understands and aligns with customer requirements.
- Participate in document review processes and take corrective actions to ensure that all requirement documents align with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to build the solution design/technical design, incorporating retail business processes such as inventory management, point of sale (POS) systems, supply chain management, etc.
- Transfer the requirements to the development team for functional design and coding, ensuring that all retail-specific features are covered.
- Bridge any gaps in requirement understanding between customers and the technical/development team.
- Support the technical and QA teams with bug fixing, particularly regarding retail-specific functionalities like pricing, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
- Take the lead and be responsible for the quality and delivery of requirement documents and analysis work.Support the Project Manager in identifying out-of-scope items specific to the retail industry (e.g., omni-channel integration, customer experience optimization).

**Delivery Process Improvement and Optimization**:
Support the company in improving the delivery process, particularly in retail-oriented solutions and optimizations (e.g., faster time-to-market, reducing operational inefficiencies).

**Capabilities and competencies build**:

- Achieve mandatory certificates as agreed and aligned with the company’s core competency plan, focusing on retail business models and solutions.
- Attend mandatory training programs for personal skill development, including training on retail industry trends and technologies.

Provide coaching to junior BAs to improve their skills, specifically in retail-oriented processes and workflows.

**Key requirements**
- **Retail Domain Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of the retail industry, including e-commerce, POS systems, inventory management, supply chain management, and customer experience.
- Capability to design retail business processes, workflows, and data flows. Experience in preparing documents using BPMN standards and tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Knowledge of retail-specific data structures and analytics, with hands-on experience querying databases to generate reports.
- Familiarity with **SQL queries** on relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- **Software Development & Project Management**:

- Experience in Agile methodology and knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with project management tools such as **Jira Software** and **Confluence** to manage requirements and project documentation.
- **Data Analytics & Visualization**:

- Proven analytical skills in evaluating retail data for trends, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as **Tableau** or **Power BI** is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze retail processes and recommend improvements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in explaining complex retail operations and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
