**Position Summary**

The Business Analyst will assist in the development, testing, and training of the new ERP system. This role will help STS staff during the transitional change from the current systems. They will have the ability to undertake training sessions on the new system, with staff from a variety of work-related backgrounds and nationalities.

This role will work with other members of the Central Development and Training team to ensure the successful implementation and continual maintenance of STS’ technical solutions.

As the position will be working with many Asian countries, where English is the common language, you must be comfortable in all aspects, listening, reading, talking and writing.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Assist in developing training documentation for Sports Turf Solutions staff and provide training to the staff as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within STS systems and reporting outputs
- Assist in the development of testing procedures and test case scenarios
- In collaboration with stakeholders, develop a suite of standard reporting outputs for use by management personnel
- Ensure clear and effective communication between the business and internal development teams
- Develop and maintain business and functional requirements documentation
- Assist in the development and delivery of training packages, in English, in the use of the new systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job requirement**

**Education/Training-**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, IT, computer science or other related field.
- IELTS score of 6 or more

**Experience**
- 1 - 3 years’ of operating as a business analyst or in a related role
- An understanding of the finance reporting regulation requirements of Vietnam.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in using data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel
- Previous experience working in an environment of process improvement, including business process modeling related to IT systems.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in business process modeling
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
