Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- In-depth interaction with business department, understand the business strategy and goals, proactively obtain the human resources demands from business department;
- Implement and drive the talent acquisition strategy and staffing process, manage talent acquisition process and activities accordingly to ensure the talent acquisition and hiring process to be completed in the way of high efficiency and effectiveness, conduct data analysis and feedback on the recruitment situation.
- Responsible for company talent development, lead talent review of business departments, focus on the learning and development of key talents, support business departments build up talent pipeline, and promote organization and talent development;
- Drive the construction of company culture, create a positive organizational atmosphere, strengthen team cohesion, and support the sustainable and healthy development of the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct periodic management and employee communication activities, and plan and organize HR events and activities; optimize the employee relations management, develop communication channels, listen to employees, create a harmonious, healthy working environment.
- Identify internal and cross-departmental opportunities, participate in the improvement of human resources structures, policies, processes, and systems, and improve the efficiency of human resources operations;
- Lead/participate in local/group HR projects

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experiences, with more than 2 years experiences in a role of HRBP in MNC

Technical Profile:

- Understand the each module of human resources management, and be proficient in the two modules of recruitment and learning development

Preference:

- Have basic Project Management skills

Critical Competences:

- Good collaboration and influencing skills
- Have self-motivation capability
- Strong sense of responsibility, good at problems solving
- Good coaching and presentation skill
- Understand labor laws and related local policies

Communication Profile:

- Proficient oral and written English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Computer Literate:
Proficient computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
