- Receive the PO, check full info, promo scheme, aging and contract term (if any) then raise SO or quotations.
- Answer customers telephone queries. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Generate client leads, increase the number of customers, answer client queries and prepare sales documentation
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Communicate and handle customer information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders
- Take care all clients information/contracts/payment terms
- Process all sales-related paperwork, daily sale reports
- Collaborate with team members and support daily warehouse operations
- Complete the Ad-hoc task as requested by Line Manager.

- Have at least 1 year of experience as Customer Service; WH Associate position
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred
