We are looking for a Customer Service & Marketplace Management Associate to support our daily operations on online marketplaces (Amazon, Otto, eBay, Kaufland, Temu, and others). You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, replacement shipments, and maintain marketplace accounts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Customer Service & Support

- Handling customer inquiries regarding defective products, replacement parts, shipment status, undelivered orders, and cancellations.
- Creating ASANA tasks and maintaining the complaints list (including status, shipping, marketplace details, etc.).
- Reviewing and processing returns, including creating return labels (DHL/DPD).
- Processing refunds, partial refunds, and full reimbursements

Marketplace Management

- Maintaining and managing marketplace accounts (Amazon EU/UK/USA, Otto, eBay, Kaufland, Temu, and others such as eMag, Allegro, Galaxus).
- Handling customer reviews and feedback.
- Adjusting and maintaining product details and product information on the marketplaces.

Logistics & Complaints

- Organizing and tracking shipments via DHL, DPD, and Amazon logistics if applicable. Processing loss claims, shipping documentation, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinating replacement deliveries, spare-part shipments, and returns.
