We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking** Associate, Account Management**who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.

**What you’ll do**:
- Mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & maintain relationships with key accounts and customer visits according to set tiers of corporate customers to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention, and reactivation activities;
- Working closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries;
- Roll out periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify market insights;
- Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality.
- Weekly and Monthly report to the Manager.
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.

**What you’ll need**:
- Min 2 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer support;
- Good sense with product flow & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management;Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
