**WORKING HOURS**

This is a full-time, 100% remote position requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:

- Morning shift: 8AM - 12PM Vietnam time (4hours)
- Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Vietnam time (4hours)
- Totaling 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.

**SALARY**: 15,000,000 to 23,000,000 VND MONTHLY

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and manage financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries; support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare or assist in the filing of required tax returns, including business income tax, 1099s, and sales/use tax.
- Work with external tax advisors or CPAs as needed for local and international filings.
- Assist in or lead internal and external audits, including gathering and reviewing documentation.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Review and support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Help implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to a variety of finance functions.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Direct experience with tax filing (U.S. or international).
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:

- U.S. tax preparation or coordination (preferred)
- Internal or external audit support
- Financial statement preparation and reporting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with reporting and financial tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- CPA, EA, or progress toward certification.
- Experience with U.S. tax compliance (federal/state returns, 1099s, sales tax).
- Prior experience in a startup or small business environment.
- Familiarity with multi-entity or international accounting.
- Experience working with remote or outsourced finance teams.
