Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer messages on Amazon/Etsy promptly in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Handle complaints, order issues, and product inquiries by providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Record and update customer issues accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments (Fulfillment, Purchasing) to resolve customer concerns when needed.
- Ensure excellent customer experience to maintain shop ratings and reputation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Leader.
**WEBSITE**Requirements:
- **Female**. Graduated from relevant majors Economic/English.
- **Good English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+), especially reading and writing.**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets, and web research.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in customer service is a plus (preferably on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Etsy)
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm when customers are upset.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Basic understanding of Amazon/Etsy customer service policies is an advantage.**
**Benefits**:
- Competitive salary**:7 - 10 million VND** (negotiable based on ability).
- Lunch allowance**:1,000,000 VND/month and free parking**.

- Total income**:Minimum of 14 months’ salary/year**.

**Working Hours**:
- 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and two Saturdays per month
- Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
