Position**:Talent Acquisition Specialist** Position type: Full-time Working location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **==============================================================** **Key Responsibilities**: - Support senior team members in managing the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and participate in employer branding initiatives. - Participate in designing and executing selection processes, including interviews and assessment tests. - Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, proposing enhancements to the recruitment process. - Help resolve challenges in the recruiting workflow. - Contribute to creating and tracking recruitment KPIs. - Participate in organizing CSR activities and initiatives within the company. - Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager. **Job Requirements**: - 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - **Experience with IT Software Companies (At least 1 year)**: - Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, ITviec, and other social media channels. - Basic understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding. - Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, along with good computer proficiency. - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - A proactive, organized, and "can-do" attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong networking skills and a commitment to supporting colleagues. **Benefits** - 13th-month salary calculated based on actual working time at INNOTECH. - PVI Healthcare Insurance for all employees - PVI Healthcare Insurance for family - Moon cake, Tet Gift - Quarterly/project kickoff team-building budget. - Monthly birthday parties with cake - High-resolution laptop and monitor provided for work. - Performance bonus plan. - Employee referral bonus: 2,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND (depending on level/role). - Annual company trips / Football club / Climbing club / Year-end party. - Learning and certification support. - Value-oriented, international working environment with a flexible culture. **Experience**: - working in the IT Industries: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Vietnamese (required)
