We have a brand-new opportunity for a **Procurement Specialist.** You will help us optimize our sourcing and procurement game - build relationships, negotiate smartly, and deliver impact. Sounds good? Then keep reading

**What You will Do**:

- ** Supplier portfolio management** - select, qualify and periodically review vendors in Vietnam and China for apparel and components.
- **RFQ & negotiation** - run competitive bidding, negotiate MOQs, pricing ladders, payment terms and Incoterms.
- **Cost engineering** - identify cost-down levers (fabric alternatives, process optimisation, consolidation of SKUs).
- **Quality & compliance** - enforce QC specs, factory audits and social-compliance standards; manage CAPAs.
- **New product development** - partner with Merch team to source prototypes, run lab/durability tests and commercialise new blanks.
- **Inventory & lead-time optimisation** - set safety stocks, monitor supplier OTIF, and escalate delays.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, ops, finance, logistics) to understand sourcing needs
- **Performance Tracking -** Track procurement performance (cost savings, lead time, delivery accuracy, etc.)
- **Data & reporting** - maintain BOM cost sheets, saving trackers and supplier scorecards.

**Preferred Background**:

- **3-5 years of experience** in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement (preferably in e-commerce)
- Fluent in** English, Chinese (Mandarin) & Vietnamese**:

- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement software/tools and documentation processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and cost awareness
- Knowledge of logistics, import/export, or trade compliance
- Proactive and resourceful - you don’t wait for perfect info to take action
- Obsessed with timelines, cost efficiency, and process optimization
- A team player who collaborates with clarity and ownership
