Procurement Specialist

- Oversee the procurement of Lacàph’s products;
- Assess pre-harvest position through visits and updates with farmers;
- Allocate contracts against requirements by product, quality, resolving any issues that arise;
- Be commercially minded when negotiating quality differentials and price in order to obtain best deal for Lacàph;
- Proactively manage raw materials to ensure efficient stock levels at any time depending on latest supply and demand;
- Meet farmers regularly to ensure high quality information flows between coffee farms and Lacàph;
- Regularly review product’s profile to ensure best possible quality is delivered to the consumer;

Company inventory:

- Clearly and objectively inform all stages of the quotation process, supplier expectations, and the

rules ahead of time;
- Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business;
- Negotiate with external vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms;
- Handle all start-to-end bidding transactions in terms of technical and projects per assignment;
- Discover potentially profitable vendors and initiate business and organizational partnership;
- Approve purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services;
- Control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement

costs;
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility;
- Oversee and manage PO system that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods;
- Collecting, consolidating and analyzing data;
- Prepare monthly procurement report for monthly financial review;
- Going above and beyond at times to get the job done.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Knowledge and a passion for coffee or have a strong interest in learning all about coffee;
- Experience of coffee trading and knowledge of the global coffee market;
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management (F&B is advance);
- Working knowledge of purchasing, sourcing, supplier performance management, supply chain and inventory strategies & practices; including demonstrated competency in strategic sourcing;
- Be ethical in all of dealings with vendors and suppliers;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Organized and detail-focused, problem solver able to seek a solution;
- Hard working and dedicated;
- Communicate Vietnamese and English fluently;
