- Quản lý và vận hành gian hàng thương hiệu trên các sàn TMĐT (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok)
- Phối hợp với team Marketing để xây dựng chiến lược giá, chương trình khuyến mãi
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh để đạt mục tiêu doanh số; lập dự báo bán hàng cho từng sản phẩm và kênh bán.
- Kiểm soát nội dung, hình ảnh sản phẩm trên các gian hàng, đảm bảo tính chính xác và tối ưu trải nghiệm khách hàng.
- Làm việc với các bộ phận nội bộ (Media, kho, kế toán,...) và đối tác để vận hành và xử lý các sự cố phát sinh.
- Lập báo cáo và phân tích dữ liệu bán hàng theo tuần/tháng/quý; đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu hiệu quả kinh doanh.

- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel
- Chủ động, linh hoạt, thích ứng nhanh trong môi trường thay đổi.
