We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven individual to join our team as an **Amazon PPC Content & Customer Success Specialist**, combining expertise in content creation and customer success to support our users and enhance their experience with our PPC automation software.

**Role Overview**:As an **Amazon PPC Content & Customer Success Specialist**, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for Amazon PPC managers and FBA sellers while providing exceptional customer support. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of Amazon PPC, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in both English and Vietnamese, and a passion for helping users achieve success with our software.

The **primary focus** of this role is **Customer Success**, ensuring Amazon PPC users understand and maximize the benefits of Scale Insights. **Content Creation** is a secondary but essential responsibility, supporting customer education and engagement.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with business goals and work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide best practices, and ensure they understand the full potential of our software.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Success (Primary Focus - 60-70%)**:

- Educate users on the features and functionality of the software through tutorials, direct support, and written resources.
- Build strong relationships with users by providing actionable solutions and helping them achieve measurable results with our software.

Track and report user feedback to support product development and improve the customer experience.

**Content Creation (Secondary Focus - 30-40%)**:

- Write detailed and engaging content in both English and Vietnamese, including educational guides, feature descriptions, case studies, how-to articles, and thought leadership pieces.
- Develop real-world use cases showcasing how our software improves advertising performance for Amazon sellers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing strategies.
- Conduct industry research to stay updated on Amazon PPC trends, strategies, and developments in eCommerce.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and is easy to understand for diverse audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent hands-on experience in Amazon PPC management or as an Amazon FBA seller.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience in creating content for SaaS or Amazon-related platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Background in customer support or customer success, with experience managing customer inquiries and feedback systems.
- Reliable working computer, stable internet connection, and consistent power supply.
