**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 30 - 40 triệu VNĐ)
- Phối hợp với GD/ Head để lên ý tưởng sản phẩm phù hợp với chiến lược và mục tiêu của Team.
- Tìm hiểu, phân tích kỹ sản phẩm dự định phát triển.
- Xây dựng tầm nhìn của sản phẩm và đảm bảo toàn bộ Scrum team đều hiểu rõ tầm nhìn này.
- Xây dựng lộ trình sản phẩm và kế hoạch phát hành, quản lý và giải quyết các vấn đề tồn đọng liên quan đến sản phẩm.
- Liệt kê các tính năng mong muốn của sản phẩm vào Product Backlog
- Đảm bảo Product Backlog luôn được minh bạch và rõ ràng với tất cả mọi người.
- Giám sát và đánh giá từng giai đoạn phát triển của sản phẩm.
- Vận hành Scrum team theo quy trình Agile và tham gia vào các sự kiện của Scrum
- Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo kết quả, đưa ra quyết định và sắp xếp ưu tiên công việc cho Team Phát triển
- Thu thập và phân tích các chỉ số, hành vi người dùng trong trò chơi, chỉ số marketing từ đó đưa ra các quyết định để nâng cấp sản phẩm hoặc đề xuất các dự án trò chơi mới.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại một trong những lĩnh vực game/IT/Ecomerce Product, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc và phát triển sản phẩm Global
- Trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với vai trò quản lý team
- Có kiến thức về các Framework: OKR, Agile/ Scrum,
- Khả năng xây dựng chiến lược (Vision, RoadMap, Strategy)
- Khả năng thích nghi và tối ưu hóa giá trị sản phẩm
- Kiến thức về thị trường game mobile là lợi thế.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức về quy trình và nguyên tắc Agile/Scrum
- Thành thạo Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
