We are hiring a Product Owner for HRIS product.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

**Job descriptions**
- Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include payroll systems, recruitment, onboarding, etc.
- Defining and driving the overall HRIS roadmap.
- Coordinating with Information Technology and the user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
- Synthesizing and documenting requirements for process improvement, enhancements, new software, and strategic initiatives.
- Effectively working with the team to prioritize work and establish a strong partnership with IT to ensure clear governance in how value is delivered to the end users to provide an amazing employee experience.
- Actively identifying and resolving issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations. Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Partnering with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
- Translating functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews.

YÊU CẦU

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related majors
- At least 3 years of experience in doing Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, responsibility, a strong learning attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English communication
