About the role

At Nerd Labs, we believe in nurturing talent by providing opportunities to explore and grow. As an Intern/Fresher Product Owner (PO), you won’t just step into a predefined role—you’ll have the chance to learn about different positions within our projects before selecting the one that best fits you. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, product management, and cross-functional collaboration while working closely with teams across tech, design, and business development.

This position offers flexibility and can be either part-time or full-time depending on your availability.

What you’ll be doing
- Explore & Learn: Gain an overview of various roles in our projects, including PO, Business Development, Marketing, and Community Management.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and define our product advantages.
- User & Product Analysis: Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements to help shape our solutions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the development team to manage the product backlog and plan release timelines.
- Community & Partner Engagement: Act as a bridge between our product and its users by gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Other tasks as assigned by the leaders.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for learning about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and new technologies.
- Proactive attitude with a growth mindset—eager to explore and adapt.
- Experience in community management, event management, or similar roles is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram is a plus.
- 3rd or 4th-year university students or freshers in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
