As the Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will oversee requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and feature delivery in software projects. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure software solutions align with business objectives and user needs. Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, offering guidance on best practices for business analysis in software development.
- Manage backlog to ensure goals are met.
- Conduct daily syncs with the team and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and feature delivery.
- Continuously monitor delivered features, ensuring no issues arise and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, enhancing project value and team synergy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst (5+ years) in agile environments, with at least 2 years in the finance domain.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, showcasing the ability to drive product development and strategy.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and documentation standards.

**Skills and Competence**:

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Proficient in user stories, user journey/roadmap, backlog management, and other Agile/Scrum tools.
- Understanding/experience with mobile products, including user behaviors, UX design, Android/iOS UI components, and mobile design practices.
- Solid documentation skills for business requirements, functional specs/design, use cases, and functional flow documents.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex business processes and systems.
- Patience, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Experience in mentoring and coaching junior business analysts is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), are preferred but not mandatory.
