- Working closely with the Head of Product and BOD in all activities related to new fin-tech product development align with the company‘s strategies.
- Contribute to technology strategy and roadmaps for product lines.
- Be an internal expert on Products/Services.
- Elicit business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Consult ideas and write instructional documents for the development team.
- Visualize the GUI: create prototype, wireframes, mockups/screens, user flow, and process models.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with business objectives and strategy and company technology standards.
- Verifying product quality; Support UAT in testing.
- Responsible for collaborating with other departments to monitor and manage relationships and collaborating with other departments including marketing, Business team, Technical team, Finance team, Operation, R&D...
- Working with the development team following the Agile Scrum model.
- Design UX/CX for Product/Service to make the best experience for users.
- Up-to-date product trends, competitor products

- Experience:

- 1-3 years experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst in Fintech, Banking, or technology company
- An understanding of technology is an advantage
- Experience in the full life-cycle of product development that includes idea generation, concept development, market assessment, product development, marketing, and sales.
- Experience in Agile Scrum framework
- Familiar with working with ex-pat colleagues in the regional offices and other subsidiaries.
- Other requirements: Base in Hanoi city
