Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles and technology stacks within the Engineering team.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing strategies to meet evolving hiring needs.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends and adapt recruitment practices accordingly.
- Support process improvements and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Office Administration (10%)
- Oversee procurement, office supplies, equipment usage, and facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery and payment processing to support daily operations.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding (10%)
- Organize internal events to promote team engagement and reinforce company culture.
- Create and manage content for social media to enhance BMBSoft’s employer brand and attract talent.

- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry.
- Proficient in using various recruitment channels and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
