- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding, and recommend innovative idea to attract and retain talent.
- Propose and implement effective employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract talent.
- Monitor and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment experience in a reputable recruitment firm
- Strong knowledge of various talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Solid understanding of employer branding principles and practices, with a focus on enhancing the organization's employer value proposition.
- Familiar utilizing social media platforms and other digital channels for recruitment marketing and employer branding purposes.
- Advance in English, especially academic writing.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to develop innovative recruitment activity.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
