**Responsibilities**:

- Fully responsible for working cross functionally to maintain Master Data (Inventory, Locations) across multiple
- systems on-time with 100% accuracy and completeness in accordance with defined Standard Operating
- Procedures (SOP).
- Monitoring all Purchase Orders and Inbound and ensure that transactions are recorded across multiple systems
- on-time and completely.
- Support operations peers to troubleshoot and resolve Master Data and system data issues, identify root causes
- and propose continuous improvements and mitigation plans.
- Perform inventory reconciliation to identify missing or erroneous transactions and coordinate with various
- functions to complete necessary adjustments.
- Generate daily and monthly operational related data reports.
- Assist operations peers with Returns system processing in a timely manner.
- Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs

**Requirement**:

- University degree in any related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Administrative or any related fields
- Experience in working cross functionally with strong attention to details and process driven.
- Well organized, familiar with documentation and good follow-up skills.
- Technology inclined; competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment
