- Ocean/Air Export:

- To handle and ensure Trade Ops are executed accurately, and comply with group policies, standards, guidelines and SOPs, and comply local requlations.
- Responsible for Ocean & Air scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, analysis, monitor carrier/airline/co-loader quality standards.
- Receiving inquiries from trade/agents/sales/customers and follow up for booking arrangement/releasing.
- Handle Documentation (Booking, Issue HBL, SI Submission, Pre-alert, Invoice, Job Costing, AMS/ISF/ACI Filing)
- Monitor and update oversea/customer the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination.
- Maintain good customer service relationship with customers as well as shippers
- Follow up and control subcontractors during handling shipments.
- Make reports to manager as requested.
- Other service task assigned by management.
- Ocean/Air Import:

- To handle and ensure Trade Ops are executed accurately, and comply with group policies, standards, guidelines and SOPs, and comply local requlations.
- Check documents to ensure all details are correct before vessel departure.
- Prepare/Follow up/Handle all import document procedure (Issuing Arrival Notice, D/O, Invoice to Consignee, Manifest submission) and update customer in time properly.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University Degree. Majoring in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English
- Good written and verbal English.
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:

- At least 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding - Operation scope (Sea, Air)
- Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export; especially USA & CANADA customs regulation knowledge
- Have Global Operation System experience such as Cargowise, TradeTech, etc
- Good skill of communication/interpersonal, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service
- Good at computer skill: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint..
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
- Have leader attributes, responsibility, teamwork, motivation.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking, honest, passionate, cheerful.
- Have Air Freight / Import experience, background.
