**Role & Responsibilities**

As a **KOL/KOC Operations Executive**, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of KOL/KOC campaigns. You’ll manage multiple campaigns at once while leading a small squad of interns to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:
**Campaign Operations**
- Launch and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Source & negotiate suitable creators from FinT’s pool or external platforms based on campaign briefs
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely and qualified content delivery
- Monitor campaign timelines, creator performance, and progress to ensure smooth execution
- Manage campaign reporting: data tracking, analysis, and reporting to internal and client teams
- Implement quality control processes to improve campaign outcomes

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and manage a squad of 1-2 interns to support multiple campaign operations
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to ensure all deliverables are met on time and with quality
- Support interns in campaign workflow and best practices, helping them grow in execution and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience working in influencer/KOL/KOC marketing operations at a marketing or influencer agency.
- Experienced in beauty, FMCG influencer booking market is a plus
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Experience working with creators across social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and project tracking tools
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
