**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
**The Executive Manager - Development and Operations** is a critical leadership role within 54 Vietnam, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational and developmental facets of various projects. This position demands a dynamic and experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of golf operations, construction, and development processes. The Executive Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Managing Director to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives while effectively managing logistics, documentation, and high-level meetings.

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a **The Executive Manager - Development and Operations**, your responsibilities will include:
**1.** **Golf Operations and Development**

The Executive Manager will maintain an in-depth understanding of golf operations, construction, and development processes to effectively support the strategic objectives of 54 Vietnam. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards and best practices, thereby driving operational excellence and innovation.

In this role, the Executive Manager will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director and Managing Director in all work-related matters. This includes managing logistics, travel arrangements, and documentation. The Executive Manager will prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring that decision-makers have the necessary information to make informed choices.

**4.** **Translation and Communication**

The Executive Manager will serve as a key communication bridge, providing high-level translation services between Vietnamese and English to ensure clear and effective communication among stakeholders. This role will also involve acting as a liaison between local teams and international partners, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.

**5.** **Meeting Management**

The Executive Manager will coordinate and oversee high-level meetings, ensuring that agendas are prepared, minutes are accurately recorded, and follow-up actions are tracked. This includes facilitating discussions and negotiations with stakeholders to drive project objectives and outcomes.

**6.** **Training and Development**

The Executive Manager will assist the Operations teams in developing and implementing training programs related to golf operations and hospitality. This will ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Collaboration with industry experts will be essential to enhance training content and delivery methods

**SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in golf operations, construction, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and leading teams.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and operating club systems is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges in a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive Salary
- Annual Discretionary Company Bonus - up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual
- Working hours will be from 09.00 to 17.30 with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00
- Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in office, rest of the week remote)
