- Financial Management
- Plans, prepares, monitors and analyzes the School’s financial budgets and periodic reporting
- Overall responsibility for the financial assets of the School and short-term investments
- Supervision for the controls of the accounting and banking activities
- Oversees all activities relating to the collection of all funds and disbursement of all current and capital expenditures
- Human Resource Management

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Significant experience in a senior financial management role
- Ability to lead, develop and oversee all members of the School’s business administration team
- Past experience in school administration, an accounting certification, and working experience in diverse environments are qualification advantages
- Strong business acumen with solid stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Flexible and agile working style suitable for a greenfield school operations
- Strong drive for organizational improvements
- Team oriented and spirited
- Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English
