**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Lên kế hoạch, phát triển, ra mắt và cải tiến liên tục sản phẩm.
- Xác định thứ tự ưu tiên cho các tính năng và khả năng của sản phẩm để đáp ứng các mục tiêu kinh doanh.

2. Hiểu rõ khách hàng và thị trường:

- Nghiên cứu và phân tích để hiểu sâu sắc nhu cầu và sở thích của người dùng.
- Đại diện cho tiếng nói của người dùng trong tất cả các quyết định và phát triển liên quan đến sản phẩm.

3. Phân tích Thị trường và Đối thủ cạnh tranh:

- Theo dõi các xu hướng thị trường, công nghệ mới nổi và hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh.
- Phát triển các phân tích cạnh tranh toàn diện để định hướng chiến lược và định vị sản phẩm.

4. Tầm nhìn và Chiến lược:

- Xác định một tầm nhìn rõ ràng và hấp dẫn cho sản phẩm.
- Điều phối các bên liên quan xung quanh tầm nhìn và chiến lược sản phẩm, đảm bảo các nỗ lực gắn kết và hợp tác.

5. Công việc với các bên liên quan:

- Làm việc với các bộ phận như marketing, sales, customer support để đảm bảo sự thành công của sản phẩm.
- Truyền đạt kế hoạch sản phẩm, tiến độ và hiệu suất cho các bên liên quan nội bộ và bên ngoài.
- Đảm bảo nhóm phát triển có đủ lượng công việc được chuẩn bị sẵn sàng để thực hiện theo định hướng sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của BOD.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Kinh nghiệm:

- 3 năm trở lên kinh nghiệm quản lý sản phẩm hoặc kinh nghiệm tương tự trong một công ty công nghệ (SaaS / Thương mại điện tử).
- Có khả năng đã được chứng minh trong việc phát triển sản phẩm và truyền đạt hiệu quả các khuyến nghị cho ban quản lý.
- Nền tảng kỹ thuật vững chắc với sự hiểu biết và/hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế trong phát triển phần mềm.
- Có khả năng truyền đạt thông tin kinh doanh hoặc kỹ thuật phức tạp một cách hiệu quả.

Kỹ năng:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng lời và văn bản xuất sắc, có khả năng diễn đạt các khái niệm phức tạp một cách đơn giản.
- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề mạnh mẽ, kết hợp với khả năng đưa ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.
- Có kinh nghiệm với phương pháp và công cụ Agile/Scrum (ví dụ: JIRA, Confluence).
