**WE NEED YOU**:
✔ Exploiting and developing relationships with assigned Key Accounts to expand the project

✔ Coordinate with Service Planning department to come up with a new service model. Update new models for customers

✔ Set up business plan (expansion revenue, number of new projects, profit rate,...) and ensure actual results according to the plan.

✔ Analyze customer needs and internal resources to calculate quotes and recommend service models. Update new models for customers

✔ Support Operations department to present proposals to customers

✔ Participating in Operational improvement (with support from relevant departments)

✔ Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers

✔ Report to General Manager - Client Success Unit

**WORK LOCATION**:
✔ 4 Floor, 123 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC

**WORKING TIME**:
✔ Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

**REQUEST**

✔ University graduate or higher, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration

✔ Age from 27 to 34 years old,

✔ At least 3 years of experience in the position: Relationship Manager, Sales, Account Manager, KAM, Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Consultant

✔ Experience in Customer Service, Outsourcing, BPO, Consulting is an advantage

✔ Good MS office - proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

✔ Good English communication and writing, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 - 7.5

✔ Presentation skills in English and Vietnamese

✔ Requires the ability to work in detail, accurately on data, written presentation and presentation

✔ Interpersonal, Communication skills, Critical thinking, Solution and detail oriented, Presentation skills, Commercial material preparation (proposal, quotation, contract...)
