Objective:
Lead and execute communications campaigns (IMC/ PR & Social campaigns), client service & vendor management.
I. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Support client meetings: prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
2. Strategy & Media Relations
- Understand multi-channel communication tactics (PR, social, online–offline) to contribute to plan development and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, KOLs/Influencers, and relevant partners.
3. Project Management & Execution
- Develop execution plans, timelines, deliverables, and budget tracking; independently run projects under manager supervision.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, media, KOLs/Influencers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Review and control the quality of internal outputs (content, visuals); ability to write social posts/press releases is a plus.
- Handle media engagement, press release distribution, invitations, and basic issue management.
- Coordinate event execution and production activities (events, talkshows, roundtables, shoots, etc.).
4. Proposal & Reporting Support
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and strategic documents.
- Gather market insights, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support recommendations.
- Prepare monthly reports and campaign performance summaries.
5. Financial & Payment Coordination
- Support invoice issuing and payment tracking.
- Work with Finance and vendors to manage budgets and supplier payments.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
6. Core Skills & Competencies
- 2-4 years of experience in IMC/ PR & social media.
- Strong network with media contacts, journalists, and KOL/influencers.
- Excellent writing skills – ability to craft press releases, thought leadership content, and social media copy.
- In-depth understanding of PR, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
7. Mindset & Work Approach
- Proactive and adaptable, capable of managing multiple clients & campaigns.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (especially in English), with confidence in client interactions.
- Strategic and data-driven approach to PR & social media planning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
