Responsible for implementing sales and customer success initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensure excellent service standards, and drive customer satisfaction across Koltiva's web and mobile applications. This role includes onboarding new clients, supporting users, managing small-scale projects, and ensuring long-term adoption of Koltiva's solutions in Vietnam

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales execution in India, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, contracting, and client onboarding, with a focus on growing Koltiva's presence in the market.
  • Expand business opportunities by actively identifying new clients, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and ensuring continuous market engagement.
  • Serve as the client's strategic advisor, understanding their business challenges and guiding them on how Koltiva's solutions enhance traceability, compliance, and digital transformation.
  • Manage a customer account portfolio, understanding usage patterns, renewal dates, and expansion opportunities, while pro-actively seeking further growth.
  • Responsible for handling client success and satisfaction, managing Software as a Service (SaaS) projects, promoting the product's value, and strengthening the company's business presence and value in Vietnam.
  • Support the handover process from the product development to business users, including on-site user training and ensuring clients fully utilize Koltiva's platform
  • Drive adoption and usage of new products and features, actively engaging in business development by ensuring clients maximize the benefits of Koltiva's solution. Going the extra mile for each customer is part of the job.
  • Proactively offer solutions and resources to enhance the customer experience and improve user satisfaction.
  • Assist customers and users with their questions, inquiries, and complaints through emails, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer and user support.
  • Assist in document and product requirement translations, ensuring clear communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Coordinate requests from internal stakeholders with clients in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agriculture, sustainability or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales, implementation, or customer success, with a strong understanding of digital tools, enterprise software, cloud-based solutions, and mobile/web applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a customer success, account manager, project manager, or salesperson from a software service company.
  • Familiarity with various commodity sectors is an advantage
  • Previous experience in tech startups in a multinational environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and initiative.
  • Willing to travel across the country.
  • Proficient in Office365 (TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools
